Metal Structure (EAS)
One aspect of vital importance in the construction and operation of metal structures, is the control of their unions.if they are designed for melting metal, it is essential that welding processes and welders are certified.
Once these requirements are satisfied, the works are inspected fulfilling a plan of inspection points or PPI.
Our department of Steel Structure Control, develops the following activities:
- Study Welding procedures.
- Welders Homologation.
- Visual Welding Inspection.
- Welding Testing by penetrating liquids.
- Welding Testing by ultrasonic.
Welding Testing by Magnetics particles.
In the case of screwed union the following works are also performed:
- Torque Checking.
- Test traction screw.
Calculation of the friction coefficient of screwed plates.
