Instrumentation and Auscultation
To determine the validity of the models used in the project, emerge the need for fundamental understanding of structural behavior of the works, both during construction and operating.
In our department, "Instrumentation and Auscultation" we essentialy believe to have the means to allow our customers to know precisely the performance of structures designed in anticipation of undesirable situations. In addition The department also has equipment that allows us to fully verify defects, as in the case of piles either "in situ" or kneeling.
Obviously, these tests require a rigorous, wich demands to be performed and interpreted by highly experienced staff. Among others include:
- Integrity testing of deep foundations: sonic and ultrasonic PET CROS-HOLE.
- Rapid loading tests of piles through dynamic loading or semi-dynamic.
- Deformation monitoring using inclinometers in foundation.
- Seat instrumentation lines.
- Determination of specific soil properties by pressuremeters.
- END meta structurel: visual inspection, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonics, testing of chemical composition.
- Testing of anchors and bolts.
- Pond Testing Service in exterior walls and roofs.
- Adherence of mortar and appeased on site.
- Push rails.

Sonic Test PET
With the completion of the integrity testing of piles we obtain information about the physical dimensions of continuity or consistency of the materials used in the implementation of the piles, allowing us to determine experimentally the existence of defects quickly and economically.

CROSS-HOLE test
The cross-hole ultrasonic method is based on recording the time it takes for an ultrasonic wave to propagate from a transmitter to a receiver traveling together by two parallel tubes embedded in concrete, holded to the armor of the pile and filled with water. In the event of any defects in the path of the waves such as soil inclusions, cavities, voids, concrete of poor quality or others to lengthen the travel time, the graph of the test is reflected the variation and depth where has occurred.
